While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, My Assets Hub, operated by Netfranex Marketing Private Limited, makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform or any information, listing, or service displayed on it.
2. Listings & property information
Property listings, prices, availability, images, and specifications are provided by property owners, agents, builders, and other users of the Platform. My Assets Hub does not independently verify every detail of every listing and is not responsible for any inaccuracy, omission, or misrepresentation in user-submitted content.
- Users are strongly advised to independently verify property titles, legal status, RERA registration, approvals, and documentation before entering into any transaction.
- Images, virtual tours, and AI-generated recommendations are for illustrative and informational purposes and may not reflect the exact current condition of a property.
3. Not a party to transactions
My Assets Hub is a real estate social networking and marketing platform that connects buyers, sellers, tenants, agents, developers, financiers, consultants, and service providers. We are not a real estate agent, broker, developer, lender, insurer, or legal advisor, and we are not a party to any transaction, agreement, or dealing between users.
Any transaction, negotiation, payment, or agreement entered into between users of the Platform is solely between those parties. My Assets Hub does not guarantee the conduct, reliability, solvency, or performance of any user, and assumes no liability for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from such dealings.
4. No professional or financial advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, valuation, or professional real estate advice. Content posted by Financial Services, Legal Advisors, Vastu Consultants, Architects, or other professional stakeholders on the Platform reflects their own views and services, not those of My Assets Hub.
Always consult a qualified, independent professional before making any legal, financial, or investment decision related to real estate.
5. Refer & Earn programme
The Refer & Earn programme is optional, and any commission figures, tables, or calculators shown are illustrative projections only — not a guarantee, promise, or assurance of actual or future earnings.
My Assets Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Refer & Earn programme at any time, and disclaims any liability for anticipated earnings that do not materialise.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. My Assets Hub does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netfranex Marketing Private Limited and My Assets Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or loss arising from reliance on any listing, review, or content on the Platform.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Do your own due diligence — and stay alert
- Always verify property documents, ownership, and RERA registration independently before making any payment or commitment.
- My Assets Hub never asks for cash payments, cash receipts, OTPs, PINs, or passwords — treat any such request as suspicious, even if it appears to come from a listed agent or “representative.”
- Meet agents, owners, or service providers through the Platform's official channels, and be cautious of unsolicited calls or messages promising guaranteed returns or urgent “limited-time” deals.
- If something feels off — a deal that seems too good to be true, pressure to pay quickly, or a request to move communication off-platform — pause and verify before proceeding.
