The Referral Program is a voluntary incentive scheme for eligible registered users to earn commissions from successful referrals leading to premium subscriptions or paid services on the platform. Commissions are payable only on actual paid subscriptions or qualifying transactions, not on mere registrations.

Multi-Level Referral Program Terms
Effective: December 30, 2025
Programme Nature
The Referral Programme is optional and supplementary to our core real estate platform services. Commissions are payable exclusively on actual paid annual premium memberships (currently ₹3,650 per year) or other qualifying services.
Eligibility
Participation requires an active account and may require a premium membership. Participants must be aged 18 years or above and comply with local laws in their jurisdiction.
Payment Terms
Commissions accrue only after full payment clearance by the referred user. Payouts are processed periodically via available methods (bank transfer, UPI, etc.) with a minimum payout threshold.
Prohibited Conduct
Participants must not: • Make misleading, exaggerated, or unrealistic income claims. • Represent the Programme as a guaranteed income opportunity, investment scheme, or "get-rich-quick" plan. • Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or unethical promotion. • Create multiple/fake accounts or manipulate referral tracking. must be shown in the terms and conditions if possible keep as it is terms & Conditions
